Rob Croner, CCI Consulting’s VP of Senior Executive Services, will share his insight and best practices for developing successful leadership transitions in a multi-generational workforce at the 2019 Greater Valley Forge HR Summit on October 25, 2019.

Held at the Penn State Great Valley campus in Malvern, PA, the HR Summit is a full-day conference for Human Resources professionals to engage in thought leadership, innovation and education. The theme for the Summit is “20/20 Vision for the HR Future” and presentations will provide HR professionals with perspectives, strategies and tactics to accomplish their goals of creating workplaces that are prepared for the future.
